Probationary Officers Recruitment in Central Bank of India in the Junior Management Grade (JMG) scale I-2010

Central bank of India invites online application from Indian Citizen for the following posts:

1) Probationary officer in JMG scale I (Mainstream)

Total Number of posts = 500

Online Application starts on 6th May, 2010

Online Application Closes on 6th June, 2010

Central Bank of India written test on 25th July, 2010

Age Eligibility: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years as on 1st April, 2010

Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised university with 55% marks in aggregate (50% for 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Basic knowledge of computer applications is also required.

Central Bank of India Selection Procedure: Candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Test and/or Group Discussions conducted by the bank.
Interview depending on the number of applications received for each post.  

Central Bank of India Exam Pattern :  Written Test will comprise (i) Objective Test on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning,
General Awareness and English & (ii) Descriptive Test.

The qualifying marks for descriptive test will also be 50% for General category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD. The merit list of written examination will be based on the aggregate of the marks obtained by the candidates in Objective and Descriptive tests.

GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND/OR INTERVIEW
The short listed candidates in the order of ranking in the written test

FINAL SELECTION
Those candidates who qualify in both Written Test & Group Discussion/Interview as mentioned above, will be considered for Final Selection.

The written test will be held on 25th July, 2010
