Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, a joint venture company promoted by MMTC Limited (a Government of India Enterprise) and IPICOL (a Government of Orissa Undertaking) requires professionals for its 1.1 MT integrated steel plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, Duburi, District Jajpur and its captive mines located at Koira, District Sundergarh, Orissa. The Phase-II of the project consisting of SMS and CCP is in the advance stage of commissioning. Major units of project are 110 ton BOF, 6 strand Billet Caster, 418 tpd Oxygen Plant, 300 tpd Limestone Plant and 100 tpd Dolomite Plant.

Asst. Manager - ` 24900-3%-50500/-
Jr. Manager - ` 20600-3%-46500/-

Other allowances & benefits: DA, HRA, LTE, LTC/LLTC, Medical, Incentive, Refreshment Allowance, Tuition fee reimbursement, PF, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules.

General Conditions:
Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC category may also apply against the posts advertised. Their candidatures will be considered at par with the unreserved candidate and no relaxation / concession shall be admissible.

Mere fulfillment of eligibility criterion may not entitle the candidate to be called for the interview.

Candidate called for interview shall be reimbursed to and fro II AC train fare by the shortest route. Reimbursement of traveling expenses shall be subject to production of original train tickets for attending the interview and photocopy of train tickets for return journey.

Applications must accompany application fee in the form of a bank draft for ` 300/- drawn in favour of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited payable at Bhubaneswar. Fee paid shall not be refunded on any account nor be held in reserve for any future selection in NINL. Candidates belonging to SCs and STs are exempted from submitting application fee subject to submission of recent & valid caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Applications must accompany self-attested copies of certificates in support of their age, qualification, experience and caste etc.

Experience for all posts must be relevant post qualification experience.

Management may relax eligibility criteria in terms of age or experience or both in respect of deserving candidates.

NINL reserves the right to fill up all the posts or some of the posts or even cancel the whole process of recruitment, without assigning any reason thereof.
NINL will not be responsible for any delay in receipt or loss of application or communication in postal transit.
