Qualification:
Candidate must have a degree from a recognised university or equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of degree course.
AND
Post Graduate Masters Degree from a recognised university or equivalent with specialisation in Human Resource
Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Human Resource Management of which atleast 05years in a senior level position. The candidate should be proficient in handling manpower planning, recruitments, placements,induction mentoring, job competencies mapping, performance assessment, promotions and rewards, salary and compensation
including management of payment of terminal benefits etc.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through a group discussion and a personal Interview

AND
Post Graduate Masters Degree from a recognised university or equivalent with specialisation in Journalism or Mass Communication or Public Relations or Advertising.
Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Brand Management, Strategy Management, media Relations of Which atleast 05 years in a senior level position. The candidate should be proficient in Oral and Written Communication, especially in the area of banking and finance. Should be well conversant in Media Relations and Press Liaisons for planning and organising Press Conference and other Corporate Image Building Excercises.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through a group discussion and a personal Interview
