Infosys freshers Recruitment Campus Off-campus

Infosys recently announced that it will recruit 15000 frshers for it's growing Organisation. So it's an good opportunity for the students who are willing to join India's prestigeous software company.

Freshers Recruitment Process: Infosys recruits freshers through Campus Recruitment and Off-Campus Recruitment mode.

Campus Recruitment: It has various programs like Campus Connect and Instep and other campus hiring programs.

Infosys recruits freshers from engineering colleges between May to September and in management colleges it is between December to March.

If your institute has a tie-up with Infosys than you should contact your placement officer for more information on Infosys Campus Recruitment.

If your institute has no tie-up with Infosys or never visited your college for campus recruitment than cantact Infosys at careersquery@infosys.com

Off-Campus Fresher Recruitment: You can directly apply to Infosys through CareerPlus program. Online Form for CareerPlus Here

You can also apply to Infosys freshers recruitment through top Jobs websites like Monster etc. Also regularly go through newspapers for Infosys freshers recruitment advertisement.

Eligibility (Freshers): Eligibility depends upon nature of Jobs.

For BPO Jobs:  Minimum qualification required is Graduation/Diploma and should have good communication skills & willing to work in shifts.

For IT/ Consulting Jobs: Infosys recruits fresh Engineering Graduates like BE, BTech and Post Graduates like M.Sc, MCA 
Also good academic record and minimum of 60% in 10th, 10+2, Graduation, Post Graduation.

    I am a B.Tech 2009 fresher. There was no major intake for 2009 batch because of slowdown. Now its over and hiring is back but only for 2010 batch because they are the freshest. Recently Infosys has been visiting colleges and hiring in bulk. But both 2009 and 2008 still suffer none of companies need them any more...DON'T YOU ALL MNCS HAVE A SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE THESE AFFECTED ONES ALSO A FAIR CHANCE? I request Infosys to conduct an off campus for 2009 batch..please give us also a chance! Come on guys
