A) Semi Urban/ Rural Centers
Branch Head, Operations Head, Team Member

B) Metro / Urban Centers
Branch Head, Operations Head, Team Member, Sales Manager, Relationship Manager

1) Team Member (Rural)
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be a Graduate, Freshers and MBA can apply. Fluency in local language is required.
Experience: Candidates should have Minimum 0-2 years of experience

Age : upto 27 years

2) Team Member (Urban)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a Graduate, Freshers & MBA can apply. Have good communication skills with fluency in English & local language.
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 0 – 2 years of Experience

Age : upto 29 years

3) Relationship Manager
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a Graduate, MBA in marketing preferred.
Experience: Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in banking financial and must have good communication skills.

Age : upto 33 years

Selection Process: The selection process consists of written test and followed by interview for those selected in written test.

Written test consists of aptitude, Reasoning, English & Banking Awareness/ General Knowledge
