Applications are invited for the position of RA in the DST sponsored ILTP Indo-Russian project A-8.25, entitled “Development of new method and algorithms to indentify exon-intron boundary and finding signatory signal pattern for genetic abnormalities like autism”.
Name of the position: Research Associate
Number of position: One
Duration of Project: Two years
Essential qualification: Doctorate (PhD/MD/MS/MDS) or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MPhram/ ME/ MTech in Bioinformatics / Biomedical Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology.
Desirable experience: Good programming skills
(PERL and MATLAB expertise will be preferred).
Emoluments: Emoluments for RA: Rs. 22,000/- + HRA (if applicable) p.m.
No T.A., D.A. will be provided for candidates appearing for the interview.
The position is purely temporary.
The decision of the selection committee will be final.
