National Institute of Health and Family Welfare is an Autonomous / Apex Technical Institute funded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for promoting Health and Family Welfare Programmes in the country through Education & Training, Research & Evaluation, specialized services, consultancy and advisory service. This Institute has been appointed by MOHFW, GOI as a Nodal Agency for Coordination of all the Training Activities in the country under the National Rural Health Mission – Reproductive and Child Health Programmes – II. The project is approved till 31.03.2012. Under the above project NIHFW has vacancies for certain posts of contractual staff. However the initial appointment of staff will be till 31.03.2011.

1) Consultant (Tech.)
Essential Qualification: MD CHA / Comm. Medicine / PSM
Experience: 5 years post doctorate experience and experience in training and field work preferably in health sector

2) Consultant (Medical)
Essential Qualification: MD(PSM) / CHA / Comm. Medicine or DNB (PSM) / MPH from recognized medical institute
Experience: Experience in Monitoring Public Health Programme will be given weightage

3) Consultant (Finance)
Essential Qualification: MBA (Finance)
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a government, PSU or any other reputed organization in finance management of major programme /project

Experience: Working experience in health sector

B. Graduate, Diploma in Computer application / BCA
Desirable: Knowledge of Tally, Photoshop, Hindi Typing and shorthand speed @ 80 wpm Working experience in health sector
C. Graduate preferably B.Com with knowledge of Tally Software and MS office.
Desirable: 1. PG Diploma in Finance.
C. 3 years experience as Accountant / Assistant in finance in Govt. Sector / NGO preferably in health sector
8) RO (Internee)
Students who have completed Course or undergoing field placement posting under Post graduate and Diploma in Health and hospital Management and other related subjects.

Emolument: Rs. 20000/- (Fixed)
NOTE:
1) Suitable start will be given in salary range on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.
2) The selection committee can recommend relaxations of experience in case of deserving candidates.
3) Outstation candidates may make their own arrangements for appearing in test / interview and No TA/DA will be paid for the same.
