Indian Bank is a public sector bank, coming under the jurisdiction of Government of India. The bank has a history that runs even before India achieved the freedom. Microstat, the 7 exclusive Microfinance branches have been opened all over India to meet the needs of poor people in the urban areas. The banks SHG, (Self Help Group) and JLG(Joint Liability Groups) take care of these needs.

In addition to the above achievement, the Indian Bank has time and again updated its infrastructure to meet the latest market standards.
