SBI 2010 PO Recruitment Notification How to Apply Eligibility Forms Posts Vacancies

State Bank of India (SBI) published Notification for recruitment of 4500 Probationary Officers (PO). 

SBI Probationary Officers (PO) Notification 

SBI PO Positions:

Probationary Officers (PO) Total 2500 (including SC = 345, ST = 372, OBC = 621, GEN = 1162)

Probationary Officers (PO) (Rural) Total 2000 including SC = 300, ST = 150, OBC = 540, GEN = 1010)

Salary Package: Pay-scale of Rs. 10000-470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7-18240. For details go through the SBI 2010 PO Notification

Eligibilities:

Age : as on 28th feb.2010
Minimum : 21 years and Maximum 30 years of age
Age relaxations exist as per Government rule as well as for experienced persons

Academic qualification : Minimum 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in class XII or Diploma course after 10th standard AND 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in Graduation.

Online Form: You can apply online from 1st feb 2010 to 2nd march 2010

Submit the application fee of Rs.50/- for SC / ST / PWD and Rs. 500/- for others as on 28th feb 2010

Online registration starts from  1st feb 2010

Last date for online application or registration: 2nd march 2010

Last date for receipt of SBI Bank Call letter is 4th april 2010

Last date of issue of SBI Bank duplicate Call letter is 9th april 2010

Selection Process: SBI will conduct written test for both the positions. Written test consists of Objective test & Descriptive test papers of 3 hours.

Objective Section : 200 marks (2 hours) and it has the following sections:
i) Test of English Language
ii) Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
iii) Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation
iv) Test of Reasoning
