Bharat Electronics Ltd., a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires outstanding Marketing Professional with sound academic background and proven experience for its Regional Office/Central Marketing Office, Delhi on fixed tenure basis for the period of 3 years.
QUALIFICATION :
BE / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication/Electronics &Telecommunication/Telecommunication/Communication or equivalent from an AICTE approved Institution. Additional Qualification of MBA with specialization in Marketing would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE :
Relevant post qualification experience for the post of Manager /DGM in the defence sector in the area of radars, communication systems, EW systems etc. In the civilian sector in the area of infrastructure security, nuclear power instrumentation, Energy efficient solution and e-governance solutions.
Reservation / relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be as per Government directives.
In addition to Basic pay, other allowances like dearness allowance, HRA, CCA, executive performance incentive, conveyance reimbursement, LTA, PDA, reimbursement of medical expenses, vehicle loan at subsidized rate of interest, interest free multipurpose advance, interest subsidy on housing loan, Group insurance, PF, gratuity etc., as per Company rules will be part of the remuneration package.
Application of GEN/OBC candidates should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank (preferably SBI) for Rs.300/- (DD of Rs. 50/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore. Candidate working in PSUs / Govt. Organisations should submit the application through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview. Candidates called for the interview for the post Manager / Deputy General Manager will be reimbursed I class / AC II tier to and fro train fare by the shortest route on production of the railway ticket receipts as per Company rules.
