Application on plain paper in the prescribed form is to be sent to The Director (MPR&T), Post Box No. 127, Noida (U.P.) – 201301. Under Postal Certificate (UPC) only. so as to reach on or before 20.06.2009 (23.06.2009 for candidates from far-flung areas). Attested copies of certificate of age, caste of the candidate, educational qualification including statement of marks, NCC, sports and self addressed unstamped envelope of size 25 x 10 cm are to be attached with the application.
