Educational Qualification : Candidate must have Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum Experience: Candidate should be 22 years in large civil construction projects. Those having experience in liaison with Govt. departments / agencies will have an added advantage

Age as on 1st March 2010 :  63 years
