National Talent Search & National-Cum-Merit Scholarship Exam 2011
Directorate Of Education, Delhi Shall-Hold:
1) First Stage National Talent Search Examination (NTSE)-2011 which will be held on 21st November (Sunday) for the students presently studying in class VIII in Govt. and recignized schools (including KVC, JNV, NDMC, MCD etc), under the jurisdiction of Delhi
2) National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship Examination (NMMS)-2010-2011 is conducted for the students presently studying in class VIII in Govt./Govt.Aided and Local Body Schools (NDMC, MCD etc.)
Eligibility Criteria:
1. NTSE: The students who secured in class VII 60% marks for General Category & 55% for Reserved Categories in the session 2009-2010 irrespective of their parnetal annual income from all source during 2009-2010
2. NMMS: The students who secured in calss VII 55% Marks for General Category & 50% for the Reserved Categories in the session 2009-2010. The parental annual income from all sources should not exceed Rs. 150000/- for all categories of students during 2009-2010
Important Dated:
Issue of Application Forms: 2nd August 2010 to 27th August 2010
Receipt of filled in application forms : 16th August 2010 to 9th September 2010
Issue of Admit Cards : 25th October 2010 to 12th November 2010
Note: a) You may also visit deptt's. web site:www.edudel.nic.in for further details. Application forms are to be collected and deposited at the Science Branch by the Head of concerned school and admit cards will be collected accordingly on any working day (Monday to Friday) at 10:30 am to 3:30 pm (b) The application forms downloaded by the NCERT website will be accepted with the enclosure of format/performa-A Issued by Science Branch. (c) Percentage of marks should be calculated as per grading system.
