Eligibility criteria for Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) Clerical Exam:
Age limit as on 1st january 2010 Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years
Minimum educational qualification as on 1st january 2010
For SC/ST/PC/ Ex-Servicemen candidates: Pass with minimum 55% marks in aggregate in higher secondary examination/10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized board, or degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university
For OBC/General candidates: Pass with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Higher secondary examination/10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized board, or degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university
Knowledge of computers: Essential for all category of candidates
Selection procedure for Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) Clerical Exam:
Selection will be base on written test and interview taken together
Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) Clerical Exam written test consists of objective tests and Descriptive paper
Objective Tests:
1. Test of reasoning ability
2. Test of numerical ability
3. Test of English language
4. Test of clerical aptitude
5. Test of computer knowledge
Descriptive paper:
English comprehension
Candidates must pass each of the objective tests and the Descriptive paper
Details information on written test will be mentioned on the information booklet that comes with the call latter.
Candidates must score minimum in aggregate to be considered for being called for interview.
Probation for six months for Clerk cum cashier

In 1908, Punjab and Sind bank was founded by leading figures of the society Bhai Vir Singh, Sir Sunder Singh Majitha and Sardar Tarlochan Singh.
