IIFT is a premier institution of education, training and research in the area of International Business set up by Govt. of India. Besides Research and Management Development Programmes, IIFT conducts full-time and part-time MBA (International Business) as well as Executive Programmes including Executive Masters in International Business both on campus and through the VSAT mode, Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Marketing (EPGDIM), Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Capital & Financial Markets (EPGDCFM) and Certificate Programme in Export Management (CPEM) and Certificate Programme in Capital & Financial Markets (CPCFM). 

The Institute invites applications for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the following areas.

 Economics

 Marketing

 Operations Research/Supply Chain Management

 Information Technology

 International Trade Operations & Logistics

 Quantitative Techniques/Business Research Methods

 Organization Behaviour/ Human Resources/ Business Communications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. PROFESSOR (Rs.37400-67000 + Rs.10,500 Academic Grade Pay) 

– total emoluments at Rs.48,000 + Rs.10,500 : Rs.1,07,015/-

2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (Rs.37400-67000 + Rs.9,500 Academic Grade Pay)

– total emoluments at Rs.42,800 + Rs.9,500 : Rs.96,165/-

3. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (Rs.15600-39100 + Rs.8,000 Academic Grade Pay)

– total emoluments at Rs.30,000 + Rs.8000: Rs.71,140/-

About IIFT

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is an autonomous organization set up in 1963 by the government of India to help professionalize the country's foreign trade management and increase exports by developing human resources, generating, analyzing and disseminating data, and conducting research. Today it is more known as a business school.

With the primary objective of actuality India’s potential in technology trade and addressing some of the institutional complexities, IIFT has set up the Centre for International Trade in Technology with financial and technical support from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India.
