Notice inviting Applications for post of Chairman in
Himachal Pradesh Regulatory Commission.
The post of Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Regulatory Commission (HPERC) is to fall vacant on 31.01.2011. It is proposed to fill this position as per the provisions contained in Section 82 (4), 84 and Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Those interested in this position may send applications to the Principal Secretary (Power) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002 latest by 31st August, 2010.

The post of Member of the HPERC advertised earlier will now not be filled.
