Educational Qualification: Officer of the Centre Govt, Public sector undertaking and statutory add autonomous bodies. Holding equivalent post of Regular basis or officer in junior time scale with four years of regular service in that grade or 07 years of regular service in the grade of section officer.
Pay Scale: PB-3 RS. 15600/- to 39100/- plus grade pay 6600/- P.M.
