DDA Draw Results 2011 now available DDA Website
DDA has now made available the results of the much awaited DDA housing scheme of 2010. The list of successful candidates can be downloaded from the official website of Delhi Development Authority. The list of 1021 pages displays the complete details of the successful applicants which includes form number, father's name and details of the flat allotted to the applicant.
To view your Registration/Allotment/Application Status please:
1. Select Scheme, either enter Registration/Application No. or Priority No., and select Flat category.
Abbreviation of Status Stand for :-
C & CC = CANCELLED,
AL = ALLOTED,
DL = DEMAND LETTER ISSUED,
P = UNSUCCESSFULL,
DC = DEMAND LATTER CANCLED.

The development of Housing projects by DDA commenced in 1967 with construction of houses and providing the basic amenities like electricity, water supply, sewage disposal, and other infrastructure facilities. The new projects undertaken instigate with recognition of project sites, public announcement about the new DDA housing schemes in various categories through newspapers and other media advertisements, formal acceptance of the applications, a transparent draw system for shortlisting of the applicants and finally allotment of the property.
