Scale of Pay : MMGS-III Rs. 25700 to 31500/- P.M.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A First Class graduate / post graduate degree with 55% marks in Finance / Mathematics / Economics / Statistics / IT / Commerce / Science or CA / ICWA / CFA / CS / Law / Civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University. CAIIB will be an additional qualification.
Age Limit : Candidates age must not exceed 35 years as on 1st January 2011
B) Deputy Manager
Total Number of Posts: 06
Scale of Pay : MMGS-II Rs. 19400 to 28100/- P.M.
Age Limit : Candidates age must not exceed 30 years as on 1st January 2011
Essential Qualification & Experience : A First Class graduate / post graduate degree with 55% marks in Finance / Mathematics / Economics / Statistics / IT / Commerce / Science or CA / ICWA / CFA / CS / Law / Civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University. CAIIB will be an additional qualification.

The National Housing Bank (NHB) is a state owned bank and regulation authority in India, created on July 8, 1988 under section 6 of the National Housing Bank Act (1987). The headquarters is in New Delhi and i`s total staff June 30, 2008 was 80.
The institution, owned by the Reserve Bank of India, was established to promote private real estate acquisition. The NHB is regulating and re-financing social housing programs and other activities like research and IT-initiatives, too.
