Bank of Baroda (BOB) Clerical Exam pattern

The Bank of Baroda Clerical exam consists of written test and interview. Written test consists of following five sections:
1. Reasoning ability
2. Numerical ability
3. Clerical Aptitude
4. English
5. Socio-Economic, Banking Awareness and Computer Awareness
Candidates have to pass in each of the above tests and be very careful about negative marking. So be very careful when you attempt to answer a difficult question. Go through the booklet that comes with call letter.

Final marit list will be decided on the basis of marks scored in the written exam and interview.

About Bank of Baroda


Bank of Baroda is one of the largest public sector banks in India. It is ranked third among the banks. After the bank state bank of India and Punjab National bank the third number is of Bank of Baroda.

The bank of Baroda was founded on 26 July in 1969 by the king of the Baroda named Sir Sayajirao Gaekwad III. It was first established in the city of Baroda which is located in Gujarat. the government of India had nationalized the bank in year 1969.

Now the Bank of Baroda has received the permissions for opening the new offices and the subsidiaries in many of countries like Trinidad and Tobago, Ghana, Canada, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Russia. Even BOB want to extend the operation in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Botswana.

Even the bank has joint venture bank in Zambia. The sales of the BOB is 17,754 crores, the profit margin is 2,227 crores and the Assets are worth rupees 2, 27,406 crores.
