Staff Selection Commission (SSC) issues notification for recruitment of Data Entry Operators and for that SSC is conducting Data Entry Operator Recruitment Examination 2010 on 17th July 2010. Candidates who wish to apply for the Data Entry Operator posts may go through the Employment News on 17th July.

SSC Data Entry Operator Pay-Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-

Data Entry Operator Eligibility: Candidates age must be minimum of 18 years and maximum of 27 years as on 20th August 2010.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be minimum of 12th Pass or equivalent as on 20th August 2010.
Should have data entry speed of minimum 8,000 key Depressions per hour.

Selection Process: SSC Data Entry Operator Exam consists of Written Test and Skill test.

SSC Written Test: The test consists of 200 marks test on areas of General-Intelligence, General-Awareness, English-Language and Arithmetic and duration of the examination is two hours.

SSC Skill test: It is data entry on computer, the exam is of qualifying nature.
