2) Consultant : Compensation would not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.

** CTC (Cost to the Company) includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance/ Reimbursement, Lunch Coupons, Periodical Allowance, Educational Allowance, Washing Allowance, Medical/OPD, Quarterly Incentives, Professional Development Allowance, Phone, Broadband Internet Charges, Home Office Furnishing Allowance, LTA/LTC, Performance Related Pay (Maximum), Free hospitalization, PF, Gratuity etc as applicable under the Company’s rules. The figure is indicative only.

Eligible and interested candidates (Not applicable for SC/ST/ PWDs and candidates applying from abroad) need to pay a fee of `.100/- by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account no. 31006750220. Candidates applying for multiple positions have to make separate payments for each of the positions.
