NABARD Development Assistant DA Exam Pattern Question Paper Pattern

Development Assistant (DA) Recruitment 

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection will be in two stages for Development Assistant and Pharmacists:

Phase I : Paper I - Objective and Paper II - Descriptive Examination
Phase II : Interview

THE BROAD COVERAGE OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION / PERSONAL INTERVIEW WILL BE AS BELOW:

1) General Intelligence
Medium of Examination : English and Hindi
Total Number of Questions & Marks: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.

2) Test of English Language 
Medium of Examination : English 
Total Number of Questions & Marks: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.

3) Test of Numerical Ability
Medium of Examination : English and Hindi
Total Number of Questions & Marks: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.

4) Test of Clerical and Computer Aptitude
Medium of Examination : English and Hindi
Total Number of Questions & Marks: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.

Total 95 Minutes Duration
200 questions carrying 200 marks

* There will be penalty for wrong answers i.e. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answers.

(b) Paper-II- Descriptive type - English Language

Paper II consist of General English for testing analytical and drafting ability of a candidate through precise/ letter/ report writing etc.

Duration: 60 minutes

Marks : 3 compulsory questions for 50 marks.

(c) Phase II (Interview)

Applicants qualifying in the Phase-I Examination and securing sufficiently high rank in State-wise merit list shall be short-listed for interview.

The final selection and ranking of the applicants will be based on their performance in both papers of written examination (i.e. Paper I and Paper II) and interview, taken together.

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is an apex development bank in India based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has been accredited with "matters concerning policy, planning and operations in the field of credit for agriculture and other economic activities in rural areas in India". NABARD was established on the recommendations of Shivaraman Committee, by an act of Parliament on 12 July 1982 to implement the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act 1981. It replaced the Agricultural Credit Department (ACD) and Rural Planning and Credit Cell (RPCC) of Reserve Bank of India, and Agricultural Refinance and Development Corporation (ARDC). It is one of the premiere agencies to provide credit in rural areas.
