Age Eligibility: Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years as on 1st August 2010, relexation as per govt. rules.
Academic Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 40 % marks (35% for SC/ST/XS/VH/HI/OH candidates)
Candidates must be computer literate and must read, write and speak official language for the state to which they would like to apply to.
