1) Probationary Engineer = 153 posts

Payscale = Rs.16400- 3%- 40500

Electronics: 80

Mechanical: 30

Computer Science: 38

Civil: 04

Chemical: 01

2) Probationary Officer (HR) = 5 posts

Payscale = Rs.16400- 3%- 40500/-

Online registration starts from 28th April, 2010 to 14th May, 2010

Last date of submission of application form is 23rd May, 2010

Written Examination is on 27th June, 2010

Eligibility:

Academic Qualification

Probationary Engineer: 1st class in B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. engg. in Electronics/E  C/ E & T/Communication/ Telecommunication/ Mech./ Computer Science/ CSE/ Civil Engineering/ Chemical Engineering from AICTE approved college.

Maximum age: 25 yrs as on 1st april, 2010

Probationary Officer (HR):

1st class in MSW/MBA (HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or First class in PG Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized institution

Maximum age: 25 yrs as on 1st april, 2010

Selection Procedure: BEL Selection process consists of Written test & Interview. BEL written test is of Objective type and will have questions based on the Engineering subjects & General aptitude. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.

Application: OBC and General candidates have to pay Rs 500/- and Rs for SC/ST candidates through DD.
