Education Common Entrance Test (Ed. CET) by the Andhra University

The Andhra University performs the Ed CET (Education Common Entrance Test) to get admission in the regular B.Ed course for Education colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Ed CET is organized under the guidance of APSCHE, Hyderabad. 

Eligibility

The Andhra University organizes the Education Common Entrance Test (Ed CET) every year for providing admissions in the standard B.Ed course designed for Education colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Ed CET is structured under the supervision of APSCHE, Hyderabad. To get admission into the B.Ed Courses via Ed.CET, candidates have to pass their graduation degree like BA, BCom, B.Sc., BCA, BSc. with minimum of 45% (the SC/ST candidates just need to pass the exam) marks in total from any accepted university. Though, those who are giving the exam of the final year of qualifying exam are also qualified to apply. Candidates also should have more than 17 years of age. 

Application Procedure

Application forms as well as information booklet together with ICR Bio-data structure may be obtained through all Head Post Offices and University Post Offices of Andhra Pradesh as well as e-seva Centres situated in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Secunderabad, Tirupathi, Vijaywada, Anantpur, Guntur, and  Warangal cities by paying Rs. 150/- in cash.

The candidates who had downloaded the application form, have to send 2 photographs (passport size), together with Rs. 150/- demand draft drawn favoring The Secretary, APSCHE to be paid at Hyderabad from any nationalize bank.
