Punjab University Common Entrance Test (PUCET) 

Punjab University Common Entrance Test is organized every year for admissions for MBBS in Government Medical College, for BAMS (Dhantwantary) in Shri Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh, for BDS in Dr Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences, Chandigarh, for B. Pharm in University of Pharmaceutical Sciences, for BHMS at Homeopathic Medical College, for BA LL.B (Hons) in University Institute of Legal Studies and Punjab University Regional Centre at Ludhiana and for B.Sc. (Honors) in Bio Chemistry, Anthropology, Bio Technology, Bio Physics, Computer Science, Botany, Geology, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computing, Microbiology, Mathematics, Zoology and Physics at University Teaching Departments in the Campus.

Availability of application form and prospectus is through by hand or by post. Regular updates about this exam are available on Punjab University’s official website http://www.puchd.ac.in. Application Procedure

Applicants can get prospects as well as application form by hand by paying Rs 1700/- (Rs 850/- for SC/ST applicants) cash, from following post offices: Chandigarh (In Manimajra and in sectors 14, 15, 17, 20, 36, 47), Delhi (At Gole post office in Cannaught place), Abohar (At Old Court Road), Amritsar (At Court Road in Head Post Office), Dharamshala (At The Mall), Hosiarpur (Next to District Courts), Ferozepur cantt (At the Head Post Office), Muktsar (At MDG), Ludhiana (At Bharat Nagar chowk), Kurukshetra (Next to Railway Station), Mohali (In Sector 55), Sangrur (At Head Post Office, next to Ghantaghar), Panchkula (In Sector 8), Shimla (At GPO, the Mall).

You can also get it by registered post through the manager, P.U. sector 14, Publication Bureau, Chandigarh by sending demand draft of Rs 1780/- (Rs 930/- in case of SC/ST candidates) favoring the Registrar, Panjab university, of Chandigarh to be paid at Chandigarh. 

You can also send the application after the last date is over with the late fee of Rs 1000/- within 15 days.
