A walk in interview, will be held on 15.02.2011 at 10.00 AM in Room No. 6, Division of Microbiology, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012 (Tel No. 011- 25847649) for filling up the following temporary position
Junior Research Fellow (1 post) in DBT funded project entitled ‘Development of
Benignant Microbial Consortium for Growth Promotion of Some Important Crops’
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology/Botany
Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in microbial,biochemical and molecular characterization of bacteria, knowledge of microscopic and analytical techniques, knowledge of computer and bioinformatics tools.
Remuneration: Rs. 12000/- per month +HRA as applicable

Reporting Time: Between 10.00 A.M and 11.00 A.M. Candidates reporting after 11.00 A.M will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
Terms and Conditions:
1. AGE: The upper age limit is 35 years; relax able to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex.-Serviceman as
per the Govt. of India instructions.
2. No objection and experience certificate from the employer in case he/she is in
employment.
3. Positions are purely time bound, non-regular and on co-terminus basis with the project,
initially for a period of one year. The selected candidate shall have no legal right to claim
regularization by absorption or otherwise against any regular posts or any further
contractual engagement on termination of the project in the Institute.
4. Candidates may appear for interview with bio-data, photographs and original
testimonials.
5. Candidates must have M.Sc degree / should have degree copy or provisional certificate
of the same from concerned authority of the Univ.
6. Candidates reaching after the specified timing will not be entertained.
7. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature. The Director’s decision will be
final and binding in all respects.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
