Applicants may download the application form from the University Website www.utkal-university.org and they have to deposit the application fee of Rs.500/- in shape of demand draft drawn in favour of Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University payable at S.B.I., Utkal University Campus Branch and attach the same with their applications. Otherwise, the applications received shall be treated as cancelled.
