The Detailed specifications / information for the posts of Manager (Finance and Accounts) and Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts)  are given as under: -

Positions:

1) Manager (Finance and Accounts)  

No. of Posts: 01 For Rasayani Unit (Unreserved)  

Age limit: Below 42 years 

Scale of  Pay & Salary : Rs. 32900-58000/- Min. Salary Rs.44,450/- Max. Salary Rs.78,360/- + Allowances.

(i.e. Basic+DA)  

2) Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts)

No. of Posts: 02 1 post for  Rasayani Unit        

(Unreserved) and  1 post for Corporate office,  Mumbai. (one  for Unreserved and one for OBC). 

Age limit: Below 37 years   

Scale of  Pay & Salary : Rs.29100-54500/- Min. Salary Rs.39,180/- Max. Salary Rs.73,630/- + Allowances.

(i.e. Basic+DA)  

Qualification(s) : Graduate with CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from recognised and reputed University / Institute.

Experience : For the post of Manager (Finance and Accounts), the candidates 

should have atleast 10 years post qualification  experience out of which 4-5 years should be in a position of Manager (Finance and Accounts) of any large commercial / industrial undertakings. The candidates are expected to have thorough exposure to Finalisation of Accounts, Statutory Audit, Working Capital Management, Budgetary Control, Inventory Control, Costing, Project Accounts, Internal Audit, Cost Audit, Taxation matters etc..   The candidate  with exposure in handling Computerised Accounting packages like Tally, ERP etc. will have added advantage.

For the post of Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts), the candidates should have at lease 8 years post qualification experience out of which 3-4 years should be in a position of Dy.Manager(Finance and Accounts), in Accounts /Audit Section of Finance Department of any large commercial / industrial undertakings. 

General conditions:

1. Besides salary, other benefits such as house rent allowance/accommodation,  medical benefit for self and family including dependent parents, reimbursement of conveyance expenses, subsidised transport, CPF, gratuity, leave travel concession, subsidised canteen facility, uniforms, monsoon gears, etc. are admissible as per Rules of the Company.

2. The specifications may be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates at the discretion of the Management.

3. Higher starting salary in the advertised scale may be offered depending on merits and as per Rules of the Company.

4. Candidates at present working in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs should apply through proper channel.

5. The candidates called for interview will be paid first class single to and fro rail/ST fare by the shortest route, as per Rules of the Company.

6. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC exists as per Rules.

7. Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC and Ex-servicemen.

8. Relaxation in Age and Concession in Fees:

a)  Relaxation in Age :    

Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 1-1-1980 to 31-12-1989, Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers, subject to rendering minimum five years meritorious service and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Government of India and departmental candidates, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for persons with disabilities candidates (degree of disability 40% and above.)

b) Concession in Fees :

The candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen and persons with disabilities are exempted from payment of application fees.

The interested candidates may submit their detailed resume & applications duly completed, alongwith their recent passport size photograph & attested copies of relevant certificates/documents, to the General Manager (P&A) – Unit Incharge, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd., P.O. Rasayani, Taluka Panvel, Dist. Raigad, PIN – 410 207 (Maharashtra), alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of HOC Ltd., drawn on SBI, Rasayani Branch (SC/ST/Ex-servicemen and persons with disabilities are exempted from payment) for application form, enclosing a self addressed envelope (in case of candidates asking specifications/information from our Office), within one month from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Incomplete and unsigned applications will be summarily  rejected.  Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates.

About HOCL 

Business

HOCL has two manufacturing units at Rasayani, Dist. Raigad in Maharashtra & at Kochi in Kerala. HOCL also has it's subsidiary HFL manufacturing unit at Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh.

The main products manufactured by HOCL are Phenol, Acetone, Nitrobenzene, Aniline, Nitrotoluenes, Chlorobenzenes and Nitrochlorobenzenes. The raw materials used by HOCL are Benzene, Toluene, LPG, Methanol, Naphtha and Sulfur, majority of which come from petroleum refineries.

HOC provides the basic organic chemicals essential for vital industries like resins and laminates, dyes and dyes intermediates, drugs and pharmaceuticals, rubber chemicals, paints, pesticides and others, touching virtually facet of everyday life.

It also produces the versatile engineering plastic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) through its subsidiary.
